Cancellations:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling can be made: via email to info@crowndental.ie or phone 014904656.
This allows us to offer the appointment to someone who may require emergency care. Patients who fail to come in for scheduled appointments or cancel their appointments within 24 hours, will be liable to a ‘failure to attend/late cancellation’ fee of €40. This must be paid prior to a new appointment being made otherwise no further appointments can be made.
