Dr. Lara has over 30 years of experience as a dentist. Adding to this, she also is after completing an abundant amount of training focused in offering orthodontic treatments for children and adults with the most modern and scientifically based principles in orthodontic technology.

After receiving her degree in dentistry she became a teaching assistant in theoretical and practising classes for the Chair of Endodontics at her university. She gained further experience in general dentistry and oral surgery by working in both dental hospitals and in private clinics.

She Endeavoured to reach the top of her field, she has completed numerous specialist courses and training programs in both Europe and the USA. Dr. Lara continued developing her skills in various orthodontics techniques, such as; metal brackets, clear braces, orthopaedic appliances, and much more. She is also a certified provider of Invisalign.
Dr. Lara is a caring person who loves to spend time with her patients ensuring they have a great relationship and feel at home here. She finds it rewarding to help patients of all ages achieve and maintain beautiful, functional smiles. She believes that straight teeth are important for daily life, not only for the obvious aesthetic benefits, but also because straight teeth are healthier since they are easier to clean.

Her philosophy of treatment emphasises taking into account the effects of orthodontic treatment on the facial features. She utilises her scientific knowledge as well as her artistic sense to design a wonderful smile, unique to each patient, while providing excellent bite function.

Dr. Lara loves animals, she rescued a number of homeless dogs providing them a better life. She speaks English and Spanish.
